John Belles brings over 20 years of experience in sales, recruiting, and training in the financial services industry to the My Financial Practice programs.
John began his sales career selling door-to-door direct-to-consumer while completing his education at Utah State University. During that time, he quickly learned the value of how to read a prospect, how to mirror a prospect, how to create urgency, and ask for the sale.
After college, John recruited, developed, and trained national sales forces for two different organizations in the financial services industry. John has personally recruited and trained over five hundred financial services professionals for each organization and developed the majority of the marketing and sales training structure for each.
Since 2002, John has worked full time in the college planning industry exclusively with College Funding Solutions, Inc. (CFS), which is the parent company of the MyFinancialPractice.com programs.
John has conducted hundreds of direct-to-consumer college planning workshops nationwide and is responsible for the enrollment of thousands of families into college planning. In all, John has been responsible for recruiting, training, mentoring, and providing ongoing support for over 1,700 financial services professionals.
Coy R. Howe has been in sales and marketing since the early 80’s, college planning since the early 90’s, and has worked with financial services professionals through the My Financial Practice programs and platforms since their inception in 2005.
Coy is a highly-accomplished sales and sales-training professional and has built many successful sales and marketing organizations over the past three decades.
The ‘art of the sale’ training he acquired and adopted early in his career has served him very well in all aspects of his entrepreneurial and business development efforts.
In 1993, Coy founded College Funding Solutions, Inc. (CFS) where he serves as President and Managing Director. CFS is widely recognized as the national leader in the college planning industry having assisted tens of thousands of families nationwide. Coy has personally enrolled more families in college planning programs than anyone in the United States.
Coy authored the book “Money for College” and has been interviewed on numerous radio talk shows; referenced, quoted, and interviewed in several national publications; written proprietary, web-based college planning software applications; and is highly regarded as an ‘expert’ in the field of college planning.
